- Cancel 30+ days before arrival: 10% administrative fee
- Cancel 15–30 days before arrival: 20% administrative fee
- Cancel within 15 days of arrival: 30% administrative fee
- No refund once the wellness retreat has commenced (pre-booked physician and facility resources are non-refundable)
- Physician assessment deems you medically ineligible for TCM retreat care: Full refund
