Cancellation Policy

• Platform-side failure to secure expedited testing: Full refund
• User cancellation 7+ days before scheduled test: Full refund
• User cancellation 3–7 days before scheduled test: 15% administrative fee
• No refunds once diagnostic testing has been completed
• Test cancellation due to hospital equipment failure or client-side scheduling conflicts: Non-refundable
